TiVo today announced a partnership with Roxio that finally brings the TiVo To Go functionality to the Mac. All this is possible with the release of Roxio Toast 8.0 which comes with a slick iTunes like interface.
Wired has some of the back story on why it took so long (2 years) for TiVo to release the software. Unfortunately this functionality is free on Windows and cost $79 on the Mac with it being bundled with Toast.
